About Kelly Kotur
Kelly Kotur was raised in Powhatan Point, OH, and has been practicing law since 2006. Kelly graduated from West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 2002.
Afterward, she attended the West Virginia University College of Law, where she was a 2-year member of the West Virginia Law Review. Kelly has clerked for the Honorable John Preston Bailey, Judge of the United States District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia.
She has also spent a year in private practice in Akron, OH, and has been practicing bankruptcy law since 2009.
